SAU Student Charged with 10 Sentence in Horse Theft

Jaci Rae Jackson, a former student at Southern Arkansas University has been charged with horse theft and sentenced to serve 10 years in prison in Arkansas. Jackson had stolen five Quarter Horses, four were recovered in Oklahoma, while the fifth horse remains were found.
